When you’re ready to reconnect, the Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) is here for you. We understand the decision of where and when to begin traveling again is likely different for everyone. HHH remains committed to the safety of all passengers and staff and continues to work closely with our airline partners as well as local, state and federal agencies/partners, to protect the health and safety of our passengers and employees during the current public health situation related to COVID-19/Coronavirus.

The safety and health of our passengers and our employees is our highest priority. Additional cleaning measures of high-traffic touch points have been put into place throughout the airline terminal and the airport is following recommendations of state and local health organizations.

As such, we continue to implement a number of changes throughout the airport facility in an effort to take every precaution possible.

- Increased cleaning measures by Airport custodial staff includes increased cleaning and disinfecting efforts throughout the terminal and specifically in high touch point areas such as restrooms and public areas, including frequent refills of soap, paper towel and other sanitizing options.

In addition to airport efforts, our airline partners and airport tenants have increased cleaning efforts in their areas. For information on upgraded cleaning practices from our airline partners, please visit the following links: [LINKS if relevant]

- Social Distancing: Signage is present within the terminal to notate guidance on maintaining 6-foot distancing within the terminal and other common areas.

Airline and Flight Schedule Updates:

Each of our airlines has been working to organize its own response to COVID-19. If you have a need to cancel or modify your flight, please visit their website directly. As always, for the most accurate and up to date information about flight status, please check with your airline.

All of our airline partners are offering fee waivers and flexible travel options during the COVID-19 events, as related to qualifying itineraries. Airlines are experiencing high call volume and ask that, when possible, passengers wait until 24 hours prior to their scheduled trip to reach out. Airline websites and apps are also available for flight changes. Links to airlines operating from HHH are listed below:
